Trulli "Carla Porta Blu"

Nicknamed Porta Blu because of the blue doors (and sometimes called Trulli  Carla after the owner's wife), this charming fully renovated 400 year old Trullo, is set in splendid olive groves a short distance from Ceglie Messpapica and Ostuni.  It has 12 cones and is extremely stylish and beautifully restored by its Irish owners. It is fully Air-conditioned, with WiFi, private pool and all mod cons.  It is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by extensive Mediterranean grounds, 4.5 acres of olive groves and vineyard to explore.  

Large umbrellas are provided for shade on the spacious patio around the pool, along with loungers and cushions for comfort. There are various locations to enjoy outside dining and entertaining including a BBQ.  

The land is dotted with plum, pear, apple, lemon, cherry, almond and fig trees Local towns are 'very' Italian with great markets and shopping.  The local food and restaurants are great and cover all pockets and tastes.  Our local Caretaker will look after your needs and provide a welcome pack for your first night.  The nearest properties are several hundred metres away and the property is not overlooked. There is a network of lanes for pleasant walks or cycling.
