Trulli Mimosa Prices and Booking

Prices are correct at time of publication, but are subject to change at any time prior to final booking and confirmation.  Prices are published for each 7 day stay, and include all taxes and services charges.

Prices include all linens, towels and initial cleaning and house preparation. Electricity is included to the value of €50 per week.  All excess electricity shall be charged as per the metre at €0.40 per kw.  

All bookings are automatically subject to the terms and conditions detailed on this site.  If you cannot find the contractual terms and Conditions, please let us know and we will send you a copy.

Payment Terms:  25% of the booking fee is due within 5 days of booking to secure your reservation. The final balance is due 60 days before arrival.  A Security Deposit of £300 will be collected at this time which is refunded 7 days following your check out date, subject to deductions for any breakages etc. Local costs (electricity, small breakages etc) less than €50 can be paid locally to the Caretaker on departure.  

Prices are calculated based on 5 guests.  All or any additional guests may incur an extra charge.
